We enable our customers to effortlessly track every purchase back to a specific property and reconcile their books with just a click of a button. Topkey was founded by industry veterans who proved out product-market fit before writing our first line of code.

Bryan is a full-stack web developer who started in design and product roles, with experience in building cross-functional teams as both a founder/CEO. I have built or helped build 4-companies in the past. Two SaaS based products and two e-Commerce based products. Former Associate Director M&A at Starwood Hotels, led sale of Starwood’s timeshare vacation rental business. Started career in investment banking at Wells Fargo Securities. Master of Management from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business. Undergraduate degrees in accounting and finance from Florida State University. Originally from Tallahassee, Florida.
