Introduction to the job

In the “Supporting Functions” sector, you may not come into direct contact with our products, but with your expertise you make a significant contribution to ensuring that our company runs smoothly. Only together with colleagues from these structured, high-performing, and supportive departments—such as Human Resources, Accounting, Controlling, IT, and Communications—are we able to grow beyond ourselves and achieve our goals as a company.

Role and responsibilities

As a HR Business Partner, you will:

advise leaders on the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business requirements.
ensure effective stakeholder management at both local and global levels.
initiate, support, and implement organizational changes, and further develop workforce planning and team structures.
provide expert guidance on labor law matters, employee relations, and performance topics, and develop sustainable solutions.
manage and coordinate HR projects, including the further development of policies and processes.
analyze HR metrics, identify trends, derive targeted actions, and support change processes.
drive and support talent development initiatives, performance processes, and leadership development.
support recruiting processes and participate in contract negotiations.

Education and experience

You hold a degree in business administration, law, psychology, or a comparable field.
You have several years of experience in a comparable HR Business Partner role.
You possess strong knowledge of labor law and apply it confidently in practice.
You have extensive experience working with works councils.
You use HR systems and MS Office in a structured and reliable manner.
You have in-depth expertise in workforce planning, HR metrics, and talent processes.
You communicate fluently and confidently in both German and English.

Deine Aufgaben

Als HR Business Partner:in wirst du:

Führungskräfte bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Personalstrategien im Einklang mit den Geschäftsanforderungen beraten.
effektives Stakeholdermanagement auf lokaler sowie globaler Ebene sicherstellen.
Organisationsveränderungen anstoßen, begleiten und implementieren sowie Personalplanung und Teamstrukturen weiterentwickeln.
zu arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen, Mitarbeiterbeziehungen und Performance-Themen fundiert beraten und nachhaltige Lösungen erarbeiten.
HR-Projekte steuern und koordinieren, inklusive der Weiterentwicklung von Richtlinien und Prozessen.
HR-Kennzahlen analysieren, Trends erkennen, gezielte Maßnahmen ableiten und Veränderungsprozesse begleiten.
Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen sowie Leistungsprozesse und Führungskräfteentwicklung steuern und unterstützen.
Recruiting-Prozesse begleiten und bei Vertragsverhandlungen mitwirken.

Deine Qualifikation

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Recht, Psychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Fach.
Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren HR Business Partner Rolle mit.
Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und setzt diese sicher in der Praxis ein.
Du hast umfangreiche Erfahrungen in der praktischen Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten.
Du nutzt HR-Systeme und MS Office routiniert und zuverlässig.
Du hast tiefe Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Personalplanung, HR-Kennzahlen und Talentprozesse.
Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
