What you need
- Tertiary degree in CS, robotics, aerospace or related
- Significant robotics/autonomy/perception/aerospace experience
- Strong modern C++ experience
- Experience building reliable software systems
- Australian citizenship required; clearance sponsorship available

- Design and implement autonomous behaviours for uncrewed aircraft
- Build robust sensor fusion solutions with real sensor data
- Develop and test autonomy systems in high-fidelity simulations
- Integrate autonomy products with third-party aircraft and systems
- Lead and mentor junior engineers

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Staff Engineer, Autonomy to join our Hivemind Solutions team and help design, build, and deploy real-world autonomous capabilities for uncrewed systems. This is a hands-on engineering role, blending software development with robotics, perception, and path planning.
