What you need
- 3-6 yrs technical recruiting experience
- Sourcing beyond LinkedIn (job boards, veteran networks, communities)
- Defense/aerospace/autonomy sector recruiting experience
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS skills
- Fluent Ukrainian and English
What you'll do
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles
- Source candidates via diverse channels including veteran networks
- Partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategies
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring
- Guide candidates from outreach through offer acceptance
We're looking for a Recruiter to become our first Talent Acquisition team member based in Ukraine. In this role, you'll partner with our global Talent Acquisition team and hiring leaders to hire exceptional talent across technical and non-technical roles while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You’ll play a key role in hiring and growing our teams across Kyiv and Lviv.
From generating strong talent pipelines to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate, you'll manage the entire candidate journey. By developing a strong understanding of our teams’ hiring needs and search requirements, you'll effectively match candidates with the roles in which they will be most successful.
