Manage medical documentation and attendance points: collect doctor’s notes from employees, maintain the attendance points report, and notify supervisors when points should be removed.
Support onboarding and offboarding for new hires and departing employees, including first-day logistics, paperwork follow-up, and maintaining the onboarding tracker.
Track and coordinate PPE and uniform needs, including vest sizes and safety boot communications, with the EHS and operations teams.
Pull standard daily and weekly HR reports and share them with supervisors and the People Team on schedule.
Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential employee records and HR documentation (physical and digital).
Communicate clearly and respectfully with employees across shifts and experience levels, and flag trends, recurring questions, or concerns to the People Team.
