The Mission Aligned GPS Systems (MAGS) group within the Mission Critical Products (MCP) organization is currently hiring a Program Manager to join our El Segundo, CA-based organization in support of the M-Code Increment 1 Sustainment and Life Time Buy ASIC management. The MAGS organization is an exciting and challenging environment where you will have the opportunity to lead the successful fielding and sustainment of Inc-1 M-Code products.
The successful candidate will lead the execution of the ongoing MGUE Inc-1 Sustainment Support Contract, the DLA Life Time Buy ASIC contracts, as well as several small adjacent market contracts within the MAGS portfolio.
In addition, you will be expected to set strategy, vision and direction for successful execution focused on enabling customer success, product integrity, and on-time delivery to enable near, mid, and long-term business growth. There will be high visibility to include executive leadership engagement; as this supports core products/programs within the MCP SSBU.
This will be a HYBRID position with the main program office located in El Segundo, CA. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance from this location.
What You Will Do
- Work as the Program Manager to establish and manage financial baselines, ensuring alignment with program objectives and customer expectations
- Serve as the central hub to enable the Chief Engineer, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and the functional team to execute effectively
- Support the bidding, proposals and execution to contract requirements, including managing budgets, schedules, and technical performance metrics.
- Travel domestically for business and customer needs up to 25%
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
- Experience interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and/or cross-functional teams
- Program management skills including managing cost and schedule, Earned Value Management (EVMS), risk & opportunity, bids, proposals, and/or business strategy
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. government issued security clearance.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
- Raytheon Program Management Level 5 Certification or ability to obtain in one year
- Self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to build trust-based relationships with customers and internal teams to foster collaboration and drive program success
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, communication, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to audience
- Knowledge of GPS products and end use

The salary range for this role is 118,300 USD - 224,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
