You will also support proposal development and resource planning while contributing to milestone reviews and execution planning for rapid development programs. In addition to Next Gen Testbed responsibilities, Flight Test Project Leads support other FTO platforms including our Experimental B727 Raytheon Multi‑program Testbed. This onsite position may be based in Ontario or El Segundo, California, with occasional travel to flight test integration locations.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate across engineering disciplines (systems, electrical, mechanical) and functional teams (supply chain, quality, and security) to meet project milestones for execution
  • Assist in development of proposals for new flight test business
  • Coordinate integration efforts with aircraft maintenance, engineering, and operation teams to meet RTX flight test program objectives and customer flight test schedules

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience

  • Experience in flight test, test planning, aviation, or avionics testing
  • Experience working with cross-functional team in dynamic environments
