About The Role
The Pricing Analyst will support Passport’s commercial and network strategy through hands-on cost analysis, pricing support, and routing execution. This role will own the day-to-day routing workflow: evaluating shipment and service data, translating approved network decisions into routing rules and files, validating changes before launch, and monitoring results. The analyst will work with Commercial, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to balance cost, transit time, service coverage, and operational requirements, and will document repeatable processes so the work can scale.
What You'll Do
Analyze shipment and routing performance by country, carrier, service, zone, weight, cost, transit time, and relevant surcharges.
Validate carrier/vendor rate cards and identify cost changes
Compare routing options and quantify expected cost, transit-time, service, and operational impacts to support network and customer decisions.
Update pricing models and support pricing requests using Passport’s Rates Management System and pricing templates.
Own routing implementation by converting approved network decisions into routing rules, rate tables, and system-ready files; test outputs and resolve gaps before changes go live.
Monitor routing results after implementation, investigate unexpected cost or service outcomes, and recommend practical corrections. Document routing logic, controls, and recurring workflows to improve accuracy and team coverage.
