The role

The day-to-day

• Act as first point of contact for the leadership team, handling correspondence with internal departments, external stakeholders and suppliers, and prioritising incoming requests so that nothing urgent waits
• Manage complex diaries for several senior colleagues, scheduling internal and external meetings across time zones and resolving conflicts before they reach the leadership team
• Plan business travel in Britain and abroad end to end, covering itineraries, visas and logistics, so that every trip delivers the maximum number of useful meetings
• Prepare travel and team expense reports accurately and to deadline, keeping spending transparent and within policy
• Organise meetings and events with senior officials across government, industry and Helsing's executive team, from agendas and briefing packs to venues and follow-ups

You should apply if you

• Have supported senior stakeholders in a team assistant, executive support, office management, workplace coordination, event management or hospitality role
• Organise competing priorities calmly and bring structure to a busy, fast-moving environment
• Communicate clearly in writing and in person, including with senior officials and external partners
• Apply sound judgement, reliability and complete discretion when handling confidential information
• Work fluently in English and are comfortable with MS Office, particularly Outlook
