Supply Chain Systems Analyst

Compensation
$99,000–$130,000/year

Job Description

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Supply Chain Systems Analyst role will act as a Business Systems and Optimization partner for Anduril's Supply Chain team and will own parts of the end-to-end Supply Chain Digital and Process ecosystem. As such, the role will collaborate with internal Supply Chain teams (Procurement, Purchasing, Planning, Program Management) and external teams (IT, Engineering, Business Systems, Strategy, Legal, People, etc.) to develop system implementation plans intended to enhance our digital landscape and increase efficiencies throughout our end-to-end processes, all with a focus on introducing scale and resiliency into our growing people and tools footprint. As a Supply Chain Systems Analyst, you will have two primary responsibilities:

  1. Optimizing Supply Chain Systems & Processes: You will work across procurement, purchasing, planning, and program management functions to improve the systems and data infrastructure that power our supply chain operations. You will build out data-capture capabilities, design analytics reporting, and drive system enhancements that enable scalable, sustainable growth.
  2. Solving Complex Cross-Functional Problems: You will be frequently pulled into high-priority initiatives that span multiple teams and systems—problems that are critical to solve but don't fall neatly into any single team's domain. You bring structure to ambiguity and drive solutions where others see only complexity.

Much of the time, both of these go hand-in-hand. You will be embedded in the business, working cross-functionally with supply chain leaders, IT, engineering, business systems, strategy, legal, people, and other stakeholders to solve our messiest systems and data problems, translate operational needs into technical requirements, and equip teams with the tools and insights they need to perform at their best.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own supply chain systems projects end-to-end—from requirements gathering, to solution design, to implementation and user adoption—navigating ambiguous problems with little prescription on how to solve them.
  • Develop and execute system implementation plans that enhance our digital landscape and increase efficiencies across end-to-end supply chain processes (sourcing, procurement, inventory, planning, payment), with a focus on introducing scale and resiliency.
  • Serve as the bridge between supply chain operations and technical teams, translating business requirements into system specifications and ensuring solutions actually solve the problems they were designed for.
  • Work deeply within our supply chain technology stack (ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, PLM, etc.), leveraging data to execute analyses on short timelines, identify bottlenecks, and surface insights that drive operational improvement.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that give supply chain leaders real-time visibility into KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory turns, supplier performance, and lead times.
  • Project manage across large, cross-functional groups of stakeholders—leading meetings, managing communications, and driving alignment toward solutions amid challenging deadlines and moving milestones.
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, and migrations by leading user acceptance testing, developing training materials, and championing change management across the organization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain systems, business systems analysis, ERP/MRP administration, management consulting, or a related operations/technology role, with hands-on experience in one or more supply chain platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Coupa, or similar).
  • Strong project management capabilities—proven record of getting difficult projects over the finish line while juggling challenging deadlines, an evolving stakeholder base, and moving milestones. Effort and pursuit of progress should be your default mode.
  • Ability to fully immerse yourself in a new domain or knowledge area, absorb critical information and the current set of challenges, and proactively progress initiatives toward resolution without needing to be guided through every step.
  • Understanding of core supply chain elements—sourcing, procurement, inventory, and payment—and an eagerness to continuously deepen your knowledge base across these areas.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to quickly execute analyses in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.). You intuitively think about problems in terms of data models, system logic, and process flows.
  • Self-driven and relentlessly proactive. You don't wait on others to solve problems—you step into the gap to offer solutions yourself. We'd rather have to tell you to slow down than to speed up.
  • Comfortable communicating broadly—writing requirements documents, presenting recommendations to senior leadership, and facilitating discussions across technical and non-technical audiences. Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Procurement Software/Tools.
  • Experience with system integration tools, APIs, or middleware platforms
  • Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, or data warehousing constructs
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, major system migrations, and/or continuous enhancement projects
  • Experience in working on process optimization projects with both internal and external stakeholders under tight deadlines
  • Background in hardware manufacturing, aerospace & defense, or other complex supply chain environments
  • Knowledge of process mapping methodologies (BPMN, value stream mapping, etc.)
