  • Benchmark against peers across defense, autonomy, and industrial tech to sharpen the division’s point of view on unit economics, efficiency, and capital allocation
  • Partner with Growth to shape pricing structures and new commercial models for the division’s future products and programs

Operational Finance

  • Direct planning for headcount, capital, and operating expense, ensuring alignment with company targets
  • Own working capital forecasts and capital expenditure tracking across a portfolio of product lines and contracts
  • Ensure supply chain financial commitments are tracked and governed appropriately as the business scales
  • Oversee program financial management, including, program reporting, milestone invoicing, and monthly financial status, atop strong relationships with customer and program counterparts
  • Partner with accounting to drive a rigorous financial close, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across the division

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A leadership at a company scaling through significant revenue and headcount growth.
  • Ownership of a full planning cycle, including long-range planning, annual operating planning, and rolling forecasts for a business of meaningful complexity.
  • Strong command of hardware/product economics, including unit cost, gross margin, inventory and working capital, and the cash implications of building physical products.
