Monitor GPU cluster health and proactively communicate hardware issues to customers (thermal throttling, BMC failures, missing GPUs, and NVLink

ParadeDB Cloud control plane Design and implement Kubernetes controllers and operators for provisioning, operating, upgrading, and scaling ParadeDB clusters

Preferred Skills Have experience with AI infrastructure, high-performance computing, distributed systems, GPU clusters

You will design and build the control plane that provisions, scales, and heals Postgres clusters with minimal customer-visible downtime.

thousands of GPUs.

Strong expertise on at least one low-level topic: kernel, drivers, GPU, compilers, assembly, garbage collection, filesystem, … Strong knowledge

The EKS fleet: more than 23 GitOps-managed clusters plus the Argo CD hub clusters.

We architect extreme-quality, automated systems to orchestrate hundreds of backend services & databases across tens of kubernetes clusters, tens of thousands

Preferred Skills Have experience with AI infrastructure, high-performance computing, distributed systems, GPU clusters

GPU performance optimization: profiling (Nsight Systems, PyTorch Profiler), memory bandwidth, CPU-GPU synchronization.

Responsibilities AI Cluster Deployment & Rack Integration Lead deployment of AI clusters including

GPU / accelerated compute: fractional GPUs (MIG, MPS, time-slicing), GPU scheduling, training vs. inference fleets, and multi-tenant GPU isolation

It needs to serve petabytes of training data and model checkpoints fast enough to keep thousands of GPUs busy across several training clusters.

We built a serverless runtime that launches GPU-backed containers in less than 1 second and quickly scales out to thousands of GPUs.
