What you’ll do:
- Support one or more strategic initiatives by assisting with research, analysis, and execution.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including GTM, product, engineering, and data science, to align on project goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to identify insights, track performance metrics, and inform decision-making.
- Assist in creating project plans, defining success metrics, and monitoring milestones.
- Contribute to problem-solving efforts by identifying challenges, brainstorming solutions, and implementing process improvements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership to communicate progress and outcomes effectively.
- Strong problem-solver: You enjoy tackling complex challenges and bringing structure to ambiguous situations.
- Data-driven mindset: You can analyze data effectively to uncover trends and inform decisions while avoiding analysis paralysis.
- Excellent communicator: You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to work well with diverse stakeholders.
- Team player: You excel at building relationships and collaborating across functions.
- Action-oriented: You have a bias for action and are eager to take initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• 3-5 years of experience in strategy, operations, or related roles at a high-growth startup or consulting firm.
• Familiarity with project management, operations, or analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field.
