UGC Creator, Short-Form Video (TikTok / Reels / Shorts)

Tsenta (YC S26) automates job applications for college students. We're hiring creators to post daily short-form videos promoting Tsenta across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

The deal:

• $25 per unique video, cross-posted to all 3 platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
• 1 video per day, 30 days
• New accounts created for the campaign become Tsenta property after the campaign ends

What we're looking for:

• You're a college student or recent grad who understands what resonates with students on short-form video
• You can shoot, edit, and post a video daily without hand-holding
• You're comfortable on camera and can make scripted content feel natural
• Bonus: you've applied to jobs recently and can speak to the pain authentically

This is a great fit if you want consistent paid content work alongside school or a side hustle.

Interview Process

Interview process:

1. Application review (1-2 days)
2. Submit a 60-second sample video using a hook we provide
3. If we like it, you start immediately
