About Trellis
Trellis builds and deploys AI agents that help patients access life-saving therapies.
Our platform automates the complex administrative workflows that stand between patients and treatment, including document intake, prior authorizations, appeals, reimbursement research, and coverage determination. Today, our AI agents process billions of dollars in therapies annually and support patients across all 50 states.
Founded out of the Stanford AI Lab, Trellis combines cutting-edge AI with deep healthcare expertise. We’re backed by Altos Ventures, Y Combinator, General Catalyst, Telesoft Partners, and executives from Google and Salesforce.
Joining Trellis means working at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and company-building. You will partner directly with the founders and commercial team to define how Trellis is positioned, launched, and brought to market.
About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Product Marketing Lead to build the product marketing function at Trellis.
You will own product positioning, sales enablement, launch strategy, customer marketing, partnership announcements, and inbound growth. You will work closely with product, sales, partnerships, and customer success to turn complex products and customer outcomes into clear, compelling stories that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue.
Success means every product launch brings together sales, content, partners, events, and PR as one coordinated motion.
What You’ll Do
- Define product positioning and messaging that customers, sales representatives, partners, and the press can clearly understand and repeat.
- Own all sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, product overviews, one-pagers, battlecards, ROI tools, and competitive messaging.
- Build and maintain a sales-enablement library that the commercial team actively uses.
- Lead go-to-market strategy for product launches, integrations, partnerships, and major company announcements.
- Develop customer case studies, testimonials, proof points, and campaigns that support sales and generate demand.
- Own partnership marketing, including joint announcements, co-branded content, webinars, events, and co-marketing campaigns.
- Manage website and product content, ensuring Trellis clearly communicates its value, differentiation, and customer outcomes.
- Build the inbound marketing strategy across SEO, paid advertising, LinkedIn, content, and webinars.
- Lead event and webinar strategy, including messaging, promotion, content development, sales coordination, and follow-up.
- Own launch communications and PR, ensuring major announcements are supported by coordinated content, partner activation, sales enablement, and media outreach.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, sales enablement, go-to-market strategy, or a related role.
- Experience positioning and launching complex enterprise or technical products.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create sales materials that improve commercial execution.
- Experience developing case studies, website content, campaigns, webinars, or events.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional launches.
- Ability to operate independently and move between strategy and hands-on execution.
- Strong understanding of how marketing contributes to pipeline, sales conversion, and revenue.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at an early-stage or high-growth B2B technology company.
- Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, enterprise AI, or workflow automation.
- Experience building product marketing or go-to-market programs from the ground up.
- Experience with partnership marketing, SEO, paid acquisition, LinkedIn, events, or PR.
What Success Looks Like
- Trellis has clear positioning that sales, partners, customers, and the press consistently repeat.
- Every major launch brings together product, sales, content, partners, events, and PR.
- Sales representatives have an enablement library they actively use.
- Customer case studies become a consistent source of credibility and demand.
- Partner co-marketing and webinars generate measurable pipeline.
- Inbound channels contribute a growing share of qualified opportunities.
