What we are looking for:

• Prior Internship in AI/ML or quality projects done using Python/NodeJS
• Must have: Have built agentic workflows / AI pipelines
• Must have: Worked on AI voice agents, using STT/TTS
• Preferred: Worked on “natural sounding” conversation in Indian accent and multi lingual. American accent is easy!
• Bonus: Trained voice models
• Integrated tool calling with agents.
• Worked on “quality” retrieval RAGs or knowledge graphs.
• Have setup evals for benchmarking / monitoring production quality.
• Understands prompt engineering techniques
• Comfortable with github and google colab.
• Preferred: Fullstack skills
  • Can build dashboards/workflows using Claude code / codex.
  • Basic backend skills - database, rate limiting, basics of security.

🔵 Note: This is a full-time internship. Flexibility is there only if you have a some classes per week. If your college schedule is not convenient, come in touch next semester.

Responsibilities:

• Building pipelines, prepare high quality datasets with content team
• Research and implement appropriate approaches from research papers/blogs.
• Running AI experiments, fine tuning
• Keep yourself updated with evolving tech - new models, training techniques, tooling.

Interview Process

You resume will be short listed as per your projects or prior internship experience. After this, an introductory call will be set.

• Introductory call (15 min) - We will discuss your projects in detail. You can ask relevant questions. Depending upon the depth of experience, the next steps will be discussed.

• Round 1, Assignment that takes 3-4 days. This is to evaluate your scientific approach to the problem statement and solutioning. We will have 25-40min discussion on feedback.

• Round 2, 1 hour Face to face round. Tech round (ML/Software engineering). Optional round, can be skipped if Round 1 done as per expectations.

• Final discussion round
