UGC Creator

Join Sunflower as a UGC Creator to create paid ads for our suite of sobriety apps: Sunflower Sober (general sobriety), Cashed Out (gambling recovery), Grace (Christian sobriety), Amanah (Islamic sobriety), Baseline (cocaine addiction), and more. We're looking for UGC creators to make authentic, scroll-stopping video content for our paid ad campaigns.

What you'll do

• Receive a creative brief from us each week
• Film and edit 7 short-form videos per week based on the brief
• Deliver ready-to-run videos (you shoot, you edit and we handle everything else)

How it works

• Videos run exclusively as paid ads on our accounts, you never post to your own channels
• Full ad usage rights included
• Paid per video, plus performance bonuses based on ad impressions. Your best-performing videos earn more.
• Receive feedback and mentorship from Sunflower’s Head of Growth

Who we're looking for

• Experience creating UGC-style ads or short-form content (TikTok/Reels style)
• Comfortable speaking on camera about addiction, recovery, and sobriety with empathy and authenticity. Personal recovery experience is welcome but not required.
• Able to film, edit, and deliver 5 videos weekly, consistently
• Self-directed: you can take a brief and run with it

Interview Process

Top candidates will be selected based on their sample Sunflower ad, then invited to a 15-minute interview to make sure we're a mutual fit. Offers follow shortly after.
