Storylane is a demo automation software used by 5,000+ companies. We've grown from $0 to well past $10M ARR with a lean team and 97% inbound pipeline in 4 years. We're now scaling toward $20M ARR.
The Role
We have released additional product “RepX chat” recently with lot of traction. We are moving upmarket and looking for SDR who is hungry with strong desire to grow and eventually lead sales team.
You’ll spend most of your day calling and connecting with sales and marketing leaders across our ICP. You’ll work directly with the founder to test messaging, identify what gets buyers to engage, and turn outbound into a repeatable pipeline engine.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new pipeline through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages, reaching senior stakeholders in marketing and sales.
- Use calls, email, LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot, and other outbound tools
- Test scripts, openers, objections, and account lists every week
- Track your numbers: dials, connects, conversations, meetings booked, show rate, and qualified held demos
- Surface market feedback from every conversation
- Help build the outbound playbook for future SDRs
What Success Looks Like
In your first 10 days, you’ll learn Storylane, our call scripts, and our target account list. You’ll start making daily calls and booking your first qualified meetings.
By day 30, you should be consistently booking qualified meetings and improving your talk track based on real buyer conversations.
By day 60, you should be running a high-output outbound motion, booking qualified meetings every week, and helping us understand which messages, segments, and accounts convert best.
Who We’re Looking For
You are hungry, competitive, and comfortable getting rejected all day.
You should have:
- 1+ years of outbound sales, cold calling, recruiting, door-to-door, fundraising, or other high-rejection experience
- A willingness to make 200+ dials per day
- Strong verbal communication skills
- High energy and high urgency
- The ability to follow a process, track numbers, and improve every week
- Ready to travel to conference/events and book meetings.
- Comfortable working in person from South bay area (San Jose) - 5 days a week
- “Remote is ok if you are exceptional” and can show it worked
- Bonus: if you have sold B2B software, to sales or marketing leaders, or used tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Clay, Orum, Nooks, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

- You do not want to cold call
- You need heavy oversight to stay focused
- You prefer a structured corporate sales program
- You are uncomfortable with rejection
- Not willing to travel to conferences and events
