Job Description

About Saturn

Saturn is a Series A-backed fintech transforming how financial advice is delivered.

We operate in one of the world’s largest industries. Wealth and asset managers oversee more than $100 trillion and generate over $1 trillion in annual revenue, yet much of the infrastructure used to manage that wealth remains fragmented, manual and institution-specific.

Saturn is starting with the productivity and compliance systems used by financial advisers.

Our story

Saturn joined Y Combinator in 2024 and became one of the fastest-growing B2B companies in its batch.

We grew organically to a meaningful share of the UK financial advice market before acquiring the legacy leader, one of the industry’s most established compliance rule engine and suitability businesses, in 2025.

That acquisition combined AI-native product engineering with more than two decades of regulatory expertise, proprietary compliance logic and deep industry distribution.

Within two years of launch, Saturn became the leading provider of AI transformation to UK financial advice firms, supporting more than 9,000 regulated advice professionals who manage about $500bn in assets.

We have proved distribution, trust and demand. The most important infrastructure is still ahead of us.

Your role

As a Partner, you will build your own book of clients the way the best advisers build a practice: firms you found, won, and advised for years, with Michelin-grade care from the first conversation to long after the signature. You are the single trusted owner of the relationship, and the all-rounder transformation partner your firms plan their future with.

Saturn is a Series A, Y Combinator-backed company building the AI-native operating system for financial advice. Our platform combines a living data model of the client, AI agents that complete complex advice and operational workflows, and compliance logic embedded directly into how work is produced. The initial wedge is adviser productivity. The larger opportunity is rebuilding the operating model of the advice firm around connected data, intelligent workflows and continuous regulatory control.

This is a full-cycle role with end-to-end ownership. And you’re never carrying it alone: you conduct the whole of Saturn behind your book, with teams of experts supporting your firms’ day-to-day queries and running implementation as each firm needs, while you own the relationship, the strategy and the growth. The timing is the opportunity: Saturn is already the market leader, the UK has thousands of firms ready to move, and the playbook is still being written, by the Partners who join now. Your work will determine whether Saturn becomes the foundational platform through which an entire industry operates.

The Team

Our Partnerships team is small and high-calibre by design and works the way we expect advisers to serve their clients: with unreasonable care and long-term commitment. Every Partner carries real revenue responsibility and shapes the go-to-market motion rather than executing someone else’s playbook. What they learn in the market becomes how Saturn sells.

What You’ll Work On

  • The full cycle for new logo IFAs. Outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, discovery, demos, POCs, business cases, negotiation and close. Consultative selling, not transactional product pitching.
  • Help transform your clients. Understand where each firm is trying to go, build a clear view of the journey from today to a modern advice business, and challenge constructively where existing ways of working are holding them back.
  • Lead the client relationship. Own it end to end. Deep trust with senior stakeholders, clear goals and priorities for every firm, risks surfaced early, difficult moments handled with judgement.
  • Grow the relationship. More users, more usage, more of the platform: expansion built from real transformation needs and timed to the firm’s rhythm rather than ours, with renewals led early and deliberately.
  • Deliver an exceptional Partner Experience. Clients feel understood, challenged and well cared for. High standards of communication and follow-through, and trust that holds when things go wrong.
  • Build relationships through community, education and events. Work with Community and Marketing to bring clients and prospects together, help shape roundtables and events and turn Saturn into a place the industry comes to learn.
  • Orchestrate Saturn around the client. Pull Implementation, Support, Product, Engineering, Design and Finance in at the right moment, give them real context, and make sure internal ambiguity never becomes a client problem.
  • Maintain commercial discipline. A healthy pipeline, accurate forecasts the business can plan against, clear next steps on every opportunity, and account plans that mean no deal or relationship drifts.
  • Build your personal brand and industry credibility. Develop your own point of view on how advice should evolve, and become someone firms want to speak with because of your judgement, built in person through UK travel and industry events.

What We’re Looking For

  • Commercial ownership. Experience owning relationships and outcomes end to end: a commercial seat where results were yours to win or lose, and you can show what you won.
  • Hunter’s instinct. You create opportunities rather than wait for them, and you’re comfortable putting yourself in front of people who have never heard of you.
  • Relationships that outlast the deal. You build trust quickly, and it survives problems and hard conversations. Clients from years ago would still take your call.
  • The judgement to challenge. You can tell a senior stakeholder something they don’t want to hear and have them thank you for it, without overpromising to win short-term revenue.
  • You know what it takes to win. Deals earned through preparation, persistence and genuine care. Even the firms that said no would still refer you.
  • Proven learning speed. You pick up new domains quickly, grow into bigger responsibility, and get sharper with every move.
  • Long-term thinking. You seek out demanding environments and stay the course long enough to see your work pay off.
  • Operating discipline. A busy pipeline, competing priorities and a forecast others plan against, organised enough that nothing gets lost between functions.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the UK IFA and wealth management landscape
  • Background in FinTech or B2B SaaS selling into regulated industries
  • An unconventional route into commercial work. Some of our best people did something else first

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary with regular appraisals
  • Competitive equity package at an early stage company with high growth potential
  • Our beautiful new five-floor office, “The Dome”, equipped with an onsite gym and roof terrace
  • Best-in-class dental and medical insurance
  • A dedicated budget for learning and professional development
  • Access to an additional world-class gym and wellness centre two minutes from the office
  • Work on genuinely hard problems at the intersection of fintech, regulation, and AI
  • High ownership and autonomy: you are building the foundation of a company with a path to 50x revenue growth
  • A tight-knit, ambitious team that cares deeply about quality and each other
