Founding GTM / BDR — AI Agent Infrastructure

Salus
San Francisco, CA
Contract
Compensation
$35.00–$45.00/hour

Job Description

Salus (YC W26) is building the runtime control plane for AI agents. We intercept and enforce policy on agent actions before they execute. We're early, growing fast, and looking for a GTM operator to own top-of-funnel.

What you'll do:

- Run cold outbound to a defined ICP

- Tap your own network for warm intros

- Book qualified meetings and hand them to the founder for demos and close

- Draft LinkedIn and Twitter/X posts in the founder's voice (we provide the technical angle, you shape and schedule)

- Own list-building, sequencing, and follow-up cadence

What we're looking for:

- Deeply plugged into the SF / Bay Area startup scene. You know people, you can open doors, and warm intros are a real part of how you operate

- You've done cold outbound that actually booked meetings, and can show it

- Strong, fast writer who can match a technical voice without sounding like generic B2B

- Comfortable in a fast, scrappy, solo-founder environment

- Bonus: existing relationships in AI / dev infra, or experience selling to developers

- Most importantly, be chill

How we hire:

Paid 1-week trial before anything permanent. We'll hand you our real prospect lists and ask you to book 5 qualified meetings and draft 5 posts. If you ship, we keep working together.

Contract, remote but SF-based strongly preferred. Compensation is base + per-meeting bonus on qualified meetings that hold.

About Salus

Your agent processed a refund without looking up the order ID, costing you thousands. You only found out three hours later from a support ticket. Evals, output scoring, and observability can reduce the likelihood of mistakes like these occurring - but there's no solution that inspects and prevents an action as it’s about to execute. Salus does that. We’ve built an API that wraps around your agent and checks its actions at run time, blocking incorrect ones and providing immediate feedback to guide retries. Kevin and Vedant were roommates at Stanford, where they both studied computer science.
