Job Description
We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
About the role
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, and Seattle
Runway is scaling from an exceptional self-serve business into a category-defining enterprise company, and our GTM team is being built for a $1B+ ARR future. This role is the strategic force multiplier for that build: you'll own the highest-priority, cross-cutting initiatives across our revenue organization — the operating rhythm that keeps a fast-scaling team aligned, the programs that bring our GTM strategy to the field, and the initiatives that don't fit neatly in anyone's lane but decide whether the plan actually happens.
The mission underneath it all is seller efficiency. Every hour our team spends fighting friction, manual work, or process gaps is an hour not spent with customers — and your job is transformational fixes, not incremental ones.
You'll work directly with GTM leadership, and your work will be visible from the exec team to every rep on the floor. One quarter you might be running the rollout of new territories and comp plans to the field; the next, standing up our first GTM-wide Kickoff, building the QBR operating system, or shipping an agent-powered workflow that turns three days of forecast prep into thirty minutes. We're a lean, AI-native team. We don't scale output by adding headcount — we expect you to orchestrate AI agents and automation in your own daily work, with human judgment where it matters.
What you’ll do
Own the operating cadence and planning. Run the revenue team's operating rhythm: weekly forecast and pipeline cadence, QBRs, annual and 6-month planning cycles, and the executive reporting that keeps leadership and the board seeing the same truth the field sees.
Run our highest-visibility revenue programs and events. GTM Kickoff, team QBRs and offsites, customer advisory events, and recognition programs — end to end, owning budget, cross-functional execution, and the follow-through that turns events into behavior change.
Program-manage build-plan execution and change management. Territory and comp rollouts, new role launches, pod structure changes, onboarding waves for a fast-growing team. You own the field communication and change management that make big rollouts land without breaking trust or momentum.
Orchestrate AI-native workflows. Design and ship AI-powered workflows for the cadence you own — forecast prep, QBR packets, pipeline narratives, field comms — combining agents, automation, and human review so the ops team's output scales faster than its headcount.
Lead strategy and growth initiatives. Own cross-functional growth problems end to end. Example: our funnel conversion is leaking and nobody owns the fix — you lead it. Define the funnel stages, align Sales, Marketing, and Product on definitions and handoffs, work with Sales Ops to instrument them in our systems, and drive the change through to full adoption. Along the way, lead the deep-dives that shape decisions — segmentation, resource allocation, program ROI — and turn the answers into frameworks that scale beyond the analysis.
What you’ll need
5+ years across revenue operations, GTM strategy, program management, or business operations at high-growth companies — with evidence you've been the person leadership hands the hard, ambiguous thing to
Experience running an executive operating cadence (QBRs, forecast rhythms, planning cycles) and large-scale revenue programs (kickoffs, incentive events) with real budgets and real cross-functional complexity
Exceptional communication skills — you can write for a board deck and for the sales floor, and translate the "why" of change so the field actually adopts it
Strong analytical chops: fluent with CRM data and BI tools; you build the model before you build the deck
Demonstrated AI-native ways of working: you already use agents and automation to multiply your own output, and you're excited to set the standard for a team
A bias toward variety and ambiguity; low ego, high ownership, gets it done
Nice to have: experience in creative industries or with creative customers; PLG + enterprise hybrid GTM experience; consumption or usage-based revenue models.
