Motion Graphics Designer, Video Ads

Rubbrband is a creative agency that creates video advertisements of the highest quality. Built by a team of creatives from Hollywood, we’re scaling that level of production for a new generation of brands.

In your first month, you will own a client facing project end to end. For this role, you can expect to:

• Design and produce motion graphics for video animations
• Animate typography, graphic elements, and visual assets to support creative concepts
• Collaborate with creative leads, designers, editors, and producers to deliver motion work aligned with brand guidelines and project goals
• Translate creative briefs and static designs into storyboards, style frames, animatics, and final animations
• Prepare production-ready assets and refine motion deliverables through feedback and revision rounds

Interview Process

• You MUST include your portfolio or a social media page showcasing your work
• You will complete a brief phone screen to review your background and portfolio
