Creative Director, Video Ads

Rubbrband is a creative agency that creates trailers, ads, and stories of the highest quality. Built by a team of creatives and engineers from Hollywood, we’re scaling that level of production for a new generation of brands.

In your first month, you will own a client facing project end to end. For this role, you can expect to:

• Lead ideation and execution, from concept sprints to final delivery.
• Shape the creative direction for high-concept ads
• Translate ideas into storyboards, scripts, and shot lists
• Drive execution with workflows and production partners

• You will complete a brief phone screen to review your background and portfolio
