Job Description
About the role
We work closely with every customer, usually directly with their CEO, founder, or whoever owns growth inside the company. Their growth strategy should feel built around their business, not copied from a generic playbook. You will be the person who understands what they want to achieve, what Revnu is doing for them, and whether it is working.
A lot of the early role will look like account executive work. You will run regular calls, keep customers happy and informed, turn what they need into work that gets implemented, and make sure their campaigns, automations, and integrations are set up and running properly. If something is blocked, broken, or missing, you will own getting it sorted.
The job is not only to keep doing what already works. You will help each customer get more from successful channels while continuing to try new ideas, experiments, and ways to grow. When something is not working, you will help change direction. When a customer needs something Revnu cannot do yet, you will work with the founders and product team to figure out how we should support it.
At first you will work directly with the founders and own a handful of customers. Once you have that under control, you will take on more of whatever the company needs: building tools, sorting out reporting, choosing software, and fixing messy processes. Over time, you could run customer operations, company operations, or whatever you turn out to be unusually good at.
What you'll do
- Own a handful of customers from the day they sign: set them up, run their calls, keep them updated, and handle renewals
- Make sure their growth plans turn into actual work and that the campaigns, automations, and integrations behind them are working
- Join the dots between the customer, their Revnu agent, the founders, and our engineers when something needs figuring out
- Handle the admin that keeps things moving: access, approvals, follow-ups, account details, and reporting
- Notice when something has gone quiet, broken, or been forgotten and get it moving again
- Build simple internal tools and automations that save the team time or help us serve customers better
- Work with the founders on whatever the company needs most, from understanding our numbers to testing new ways to win customers and fixing messy processes
Who you are
- You take unusually high ownership and follow important work through to completion
- You are comfortable with customers and communicate clearly, directly, and without corporate filler
- You are commercially aware and care whether activity is producing a meaningful result
- You are technically curious, learn unfamiliar systems quickly, and are willing to investigate why something failed
- You may come from operations, customer success, implementation, consulting, an agency, or somewhere less obvious; what you have owned matters more than your previous title
- You are based in or willing to relocate to Manchester
How to apply
Apply with your CV, a short note about why this role feels like you, and one example of something you have built.
Interview Process
We aim to move from first contact to offer in about two weeks.
1. Application review. Send your CV, a short note about why this role feels like you, and one example of something you have built. We care most about what you personally owned and the result.
2. Founder conversation, 30 minutes. We will discuss the work you chose, how you handle customers, how you approach unclear problems, and what you want from the role. We will also be direct about the in-person setup and the pace.
3. Paid working session in Manchester. You will work through a realistic customer and operations problem, decide what matters, and produce a clear plan or working solution. This is about judgment, ownership, communication, and getting something useful finished.
4. Team conversation and offer. You will meet the people you will work with, ask anything you want, and hear a clear decision quickly. References may be requested at this stage.
