The Role

We're looking for a senior content writer to own and produce high-quality content that positions Retell AI as the category leader in Voice AI. This is a contract role at approximately 20-30 hours per week.

What You'll Do

• Write blog posts, case studies, landing pages, email sequences, and thought leadership content
• Translate complex technical concepts (ASR, LLM, TTS, voice orchestration) into clear, compelling narratives for enterprise buyers
• Develop content that supports SEO, demand gen, and sales enablement goals
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align content with launches, campaigns, and GTM priorities
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of content writing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI/developer tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating technical writing ability and storytelling range
• Familiarity with the AI/ML landscape; bonus if you've covered conversational AI, contact centers, or telephony
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and move fast in a startup environment
• SEO awareness and experience writing content that ranks
