GTM Intern

This is a GTM role. Which means we are looking for someone who loves and knows how to write tasteful outbound, and is great at writing and distributing content. You will spend most of your time just getting the right people on a call, and figuring out what actually converts. We are a small YC team and you’d work with the founders directly. And, because what we’re building is intensely technical, we prefer people who understand evals to apply. But an engineering background is not needed. I can not emphasise enough how negatively we view usage of AI in any kind of comms content.

When reaching out, please highlight your GTM experience, do not use AI to write it, and talk to me about what you understand about evals / benchmarks. And if you have any writing samples, please send them too!

What you will do

  * Run outbound every day. Test who you write to, what you say, and which channel

  * Book meetings (and publish content)

  * Use AI to build lists and follow-ups 

* Use our in-house AI skills we’ve built on any CLI

  * Own the TOFU number

  * Miscellaneous experiments across different channels - Reddit, X, LinkedIn, HN

You will like this if

  * You write tastefully and like a person, not a brand or an AI

  * You have booked, sold, or shipped something before

  * You are handy with AI tools even if you are not an engineer

  * You like reading research papers (and you’re aware of popular LLM benchmarks)

Interview Process

  1. Intro (20 min). One thing you have sold, booked, or shipped.

  2. Writing sample (30 min). Three short outbound notes. And potentially a short technical write-up for socials. No AI.

  3. Offer.
