Job Description

We’re seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer who thrives on ownership and loves building robust, high-performance systems from first principles. You’ll work across our stack — from front-end interfaces to backend data pipelines — to ship production-ready code that powers the world’s most complex logistics operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the complete lifecycle of high-stakes projects—from initial architecture and design to deployment and continuous optimization.
  • Design, build, and deploy end-to-end features across the stack (Python, Next.js, Node).
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical direction.
  • Uphold engineering excellence through thoughtful code review and testing.
  • Mentor new engineers and help shape our engineering culture.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Fluency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Next.js.
  • Passionate about logistics, ideally with prior experience in the industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Why join us

  • Build foundational systems that will power global trade.
  • Work directly with founders and customers — your code will have real-world impact.
  • Tackle massive, unsolved technical problems in logistics.
  • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance.

Interview Process

You’ll start with a technical conversation with our co-founders, followed by a take-home project and an in-person interview. We often do a short paid trial to ensure mutual fit.
