Job Description
About Readily
30% of U.S. healthcare cost is administration. We’re fixing that.
Readily is building the compliance layer for every healthcare company. Billion-dollar insurers and health plans turn to Readily to analyze regulations, conduct audits, and automate compliance research with AI.
We’re the fastest-growing company in this space - 10x revenue YoY.. And we’re just getting started.
There’s an old Yorkshire saying: “Where there’s muck, there’s brass.” Healthcare compliance is messy. But in that mess lies an enormous opportunity. If you’re hungry to take ownership and build systems that matter, this is it.
About The Role
Reports to: CEO / Head of Marketing
We're looking for a hands-on, strategic Marketing Manager to own marketing execution across the U.S. healthcare market. This role spans positioning, messaging, content, demand generation, website strategy, and customer advocacy, working closely with the CEO, Product, Compliance, Sales, and Engineering.
You're comfortable operating in ambiguity, biased toward action, and equally at home writing a positioning doc, launching a campaign, and getting a customer on stage to tell their story.
💌 What you’ll do
- Develop messaging, positioning, and content that clearly communicates Readily's value to health plans and healthcare organizations.
- Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital, email, content, webinars, conferences, and social media.
- Lead website strategy, content architecture, SEO, and conversion optimization.
- Build and run Readily's customer advocacy program: peer-to-peer customer roundtables and interview-style webinars where customers share how they use Readily, with other customers and prospects invited to join the discussion — repurposed into short clips and posts for LinkedIn, social media, and the website, and run on a monthly or quarterly cadence tailored to specific market segments.
- Partner with Sales to improve pipeline generation, sales enablement, and customer case studies.
- Track KPIs including website traffic, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and campaign ROI.
🗓️ Your first 90 days
- 30 days: Interview 5 enterprise customers and publish our first deep-dive case study on managed care compliance.
- 60 days: Launch your first multi-channel demand generation campaign and host Readily's first customer roundtable or interview-style webinar.
- 90 days: Have the customer advocacy program running on a repeatable cadence - clips live on LinkedIn and the website - and own the KPI dashboard tracking traffic, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline.
🔔 Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing experience in health plan managed care, health tech, AI, medtech, or SaaS.
- Experience building and executing end-to-end marketing programs.
- Experience supporting enterprise B2B sales organizations.
- A portfolio of campaigns, content, and measurable results that speaks for itself - we care about what you've shipped.
⚡️Skills & Competencies
- Excellent writing, messaging, branding, and storytelling skills.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Why Join Readily
- A front-row seat in how a fast-growing company delivers for its customers.
- Career-defining experience: ship products that rewrite how the industry works.
- Front-row to closing deals with billion-dollar enterprises
- Hyper-growth environment (10× YoY - you’ll feel it).
- A real chance to fix healthcare’s most expensive problem with AI.
- Weekly pickleball 🏓 + a team that loves to win together.
📩 If you know healthcare compliance and love bringing order to complex work - we’d love to talk.
