Principais Responsabilidades

Operacional de Ofertas: Auxiliar no cadastro e na parametrização de descontos e promoções dentro do aplicativo.
Comunicação & Mídia: Ajudar na ponte com o time de Marketing para alinhar e garantir os disparos de comunicações nos canais oficiais.
Foco no Usuário: Apoiar no acompanhamento da jornada do usuário no app, identificando melhorias para garantir a melhor experiência possível.
Suporte à Rotina: Colaborar com demandas operacionais gerais e rotinas do time de Growth.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• Estar matriculado(a) em programa de Aprendizagem ou ensino regular (médio/técnico/superior).
• Boa comunicação verbal e escrita para alinhar processos entre áreas.
• Perfil organizado, atento a detalhes e proativo.
• Vontade de aprender sobre marketing digital, merchandising, crescimento de produtos e tecnologia.
