Job Description
About Pasito
Pasito is the AI workspace for employee benefits.
We’re rethinking how group insurance and benefits are underwritten, delivered, used and measured - by the people who design them and the people who depend on them. Instead of static PDFs, disconnected systems, and manual workflows, Pasito brings plan design, payroll and benefits data, claims, and financial context into a single, AI‑native workspace that helps benefits actually work for the 178 million Americans who depend on this system.
We don’t build for brokers, carriers and employers - we build with them. That collaboration shows up in everything we ship: AI agents that extract and structure plan data, tools that turn complexity into clarity for employees, and workflows that save carriers and consultants hundreds of hours per case.
Today, Pasito supports many of the largest insurance carriers and brokers in the U.S. We’re backed by Y Combinator and Core Innovation Capital, and we’re growing quickly. We ship fast, iterate relentlessly, and care deeply about building systems that are accurate, scalable, and human.
If you’re excited to work alongside exceptional operators and engineers, and apply AI in a legacy industry where precision and trust matter, Pasito is the place for you.
The Role
We're hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own how Pasito's product story reaches the people who need it: sales, the forward-deployed team, partners, and the broader GTM effort.
Pasito's product ships fast. New features go out quickly, and we need someone who can keep us aligned and identify opportunities for product messaging and GTM impact from this high-speed growth. This is a senior individual contributor role built around execution and ownership. You'll stay close with our Product and Engineering teams to know what's shipping next and turning roadmap into positioning, naming, sales and partner collateral and documentation that's always current, and owning that end-to-end.
You'll report to Pasito’s Head of Marketing and work alongside our Content and Partner Marketing leaders.
What You’ll Do
Product storytelling and positioning
- Turn new features and releases into clear talking points and positioning, and lead coordinated product releases at scale as our product continues growing.
- Direct naming and positioning decisions for new features and products as they ship. And step in deeper with the Product and Engineering teams to collaborate on feature naming during the design and build process pre-launch.
Sales and partner enablement
- Build and contribute to core sales collateral used across the whole GTM org: broker, carrier, employer, and PEO decks, one-pagers and talking points in conjunction with your Partner and Content Marketing colleagues
Product documentation
- Own the step-by-step guides and educational materials and ensure they don’t go stale as the product grows
- Collaborate with account owners to understand partner-specific product nuances and craft product rollout communications to ensure a seamless user experience
Cross-functional work
- Partner with Product and Forward Deployed (CS) Teams on product marketing requests and process gaps. Align closely with the product roadmap with the Product Team and the product experience from the Forward Deployed Team.
Who You Are
- 3 to 5 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally somewhere with fast product and feature growth.
- A DIY builder, not a hands-off strategist. You write the one-pager yourself, instead of handing off a brief and waiting.
- A strong writer to translate a technical product into something a broker or carrier can understand easily.
- Comfortable operating with high ownership and build a new product marketing function from the ground up. This is a lean team, and you'll be expected to take complete ownership of your channels.
- Strong asset creation skills using Figma and HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Genuinely curious about the benefits and insurance industry, and care about the Pasito mission.
Experience We’re Excited About
- Product marketing experience specifically in benefits technology, insurtech, or HR tech. AI product and operational knowledge a plus.
- A track record of launching features and products, owning the launch strategy, and executing a coordinated campaign with your marketing peers.
- Experience in keeping enablement content current against a fast product cadence.
- Comfortable using AI tools to speed up content and documentation work without letting quality slip.
- Familiarity with tools in Pasito's stack: Notion, ClickUp, Figma, and HubSpot.
What’s In It For You
- Meaningful ownership: build the product marketing function at Pasito from close to scratch.
- Real impact: Pasito's product moves fast, and you'll be the reason our partners, clients, and the broader market knows about it.
- Growth: join at a pivotal stage and grow with the company as we scale from our recent Series A.
- Competitive compensation: salary, meaningful equity and full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, life insurance, and PTO.
- Remote-first: Work from anywhere in the U.S. with a highly collaborative team
Statement of Equal Opportunity
Pasito is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We believe great teams are built through diversity of background, perspective, and experience, and we’re committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can do their best work.
