Marketing Lead (FT or freelance possible)

We're building Alexandria, the world's largest library of real-world business workflow datasets.

Over the next 6 months, build our we'll acquire and anonymize 300+ full data ecosystems from real-world companies. This will allow us to

• become the leader of real business workflow data
• be in the best position to launch our own data research lab in early 2027, enabling new services that help companies around the world automate their workflows with AI

This summer we need to build our elite squad to move extremely fast and confirm our leading position on company data.

The mission for the next 3–6 months

Our goal: acquire and perfectly anonymize as many company datasets (from companies with 20+ FTEs) as we possibly can.

That will require:

• A sales ops and growth workforce that ingeniously builds relationships with dozens of companies
• A reassuring, trustworthy brand, so that everyone we work with knows we're the best at what we do
• A state-of-the-art data pipeline to ingest and anonymize enormous volumes of data
• A high-performing QA platform to maintain the quality standards that got us where we are
• A superstar Ops workforce to make it all happen

The role : Product & Ops Marketing

Here's what you'll own in the short term (by end of summer):

Brand

• Make our brand shine. Every CEO and founder needs to recognize us.
• Build a brand that is reassuring, optimistic, safe, and research-friendly : AI for humans, not humans for AI.

Community

• Create a community of CEOs and founders who recommend our solution, a referral snowball that plays a major role in our data acquisition pipeline.
• Organize events in strategic areas to nurture leads and anchor this community. You'll own the strategy behind these events (a strategic role, not an operational one).

Product Marketing

• We'll have a document QA and editing platform where hundreds of external workers contribute to the anonymization effort and uphold the quality standards that define us. You'll be responsible for creating onboarding flows and overall product marketing to make the platform as easy and efficient to use as possible.
• We'll also have an internal tool whose mission is to help our forward-deployed engineers extract our partners' data as efficiently and safely as possible. You'll make sure this part of our product is easy to use for both internal users and partners.
• You’ll be in charge of the visual assets used during our data acquisition pipeline and obviously in charge of the website too.
