What you need

  • 1+ yrs customer success experience
  • High agency, own outcomes end-to-end
  • Technical enough to work in product
  • Data-driven: retention, adoption, expansion
  • Willing to relocate to SF, work in-person

What you'll do

  • Own book of accounts end-to-end
  • Onboard and launch new washes
  • Drive adoption and grow membership revenue
  • Ensure renewals and expansions
  • Collaborate with engineering on product feedback

Nautilus is the AI native all-in-one platform for the car wash industry.

We're the fastest-growing and most advanced tech company in car wash. The bar in this industry has historically been low, and we're here to raise it. We ship software that operators actually love, and it shows: we have the highest revenue per headcount of any team in the space, and the industry's most respected customers on our roster.

Our product covers marketing, automations, payments, AI agents, reporting, infrastructure and a lot more. We're growing fast, and every operator who runs on Nautilus should feel like it's the best decision they ever made. This isn't a "check in once a quarter" CSM role; you'll own a book of accounts end-to-end: onboarding and launching new washes, driving adoption, growing their membership revenue, and making sure every customer renews and expands. You'll talk to operators every day, know their numbers as well as they do, and work directly with engineering to turn their feedback into product.

We're hiring a Customer Success Manager to own the relationship between Nautilus and the operators who run on it. If you want high ownership, high impact, and a small team that punches way above its weight, we'd love to talk.

We're backed by Rebel Fund (invests in roughly the top 10% of YC startups), Script Capital (Gamma, Patreon, OpenPhone), Blast Capital, Y Combinator, and some of the best Angels in the world.

You might be a fit if the below interests you...

  • You're high agency: you see a problem and fix it without waiting to be told, and you own outcomes end-to-end
  • You love talking to customers and get real satisfaction from turning an operator into a raving fan (and a reference)
  • You think in numbers: retention, adoption, expansion, and you know which levers actually move them
  • You're technical enough to get your hands dirty in the product, and you know when to pull in engineering
  • You spot churn risk early and fix it before the customer ever has to ask
  • You'd rather build the playbook than fight the same fire twice
  • You thrive in a high-growth environment: fast pace, shifting priorities, and lots of greenfield don't scare you, they excite you
  • You're in SF or willing to relocate, love working in-person, and want to help build a culture we'll all be proud of
  • You want to join a strong team of product-focused founders
  • You want to conquer an entire industry
