What you need
- Advanced degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or related discipline
- Track record of exceptional research
- Strong quantitative skills with evals or experiments experience
- Strong programming and system design skills

What you’ll do
- use the latest methods from machine learning, statistics and the behavioural sciences to build, evaluate and improve simulations of people and markets
- build self-improving autoresearch agents that work as autonomous social science researchers
- fine-tune models, and design the RL environments, datasets and evals that train and test them
