Senior Infrastructure Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Own cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, observability, and production reliability
• Build and manage secure environments for AI research workflows and institutional deployments
• Implement infrastructure best practices across access control, secrets management, monitoring, logging, and incident response
• Lead SOC II readiness and ongoing process ownership, including evidence collection, controls, policies, and vendor coordination
• Partner with AI and quant teams to support scalable, secure production systems
• Improve internal developer workflows, deployment speed, and infrastructure reliability

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience managing production cloud infrastructure
• Experience with cloud security, networking, CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure as code
• Familiarity with SOC II, security controls, audit readiness, or compliance processes
• Ability to own infrastructure decisions in a fast-moving startup environment
• Strong judgment around security, reliability, and operational tradeoffs
• Experience supporting AI, data-intensive, or enterprise-facing systems is a strong plus
