Entrepreneur in Residence - Build & Scale New AI Systems (Dubai, UAE)

Your mission

KASO is building the AI operating system for suppliers and restaurants in MENA.
We’re hiring a founder-type Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to own a new business line end-to-end.

Your first mission will be building and shipping (with the team) an AI product that beats humans and to take it to scale. You will be working closely with the leadership.

What you'll build

• You’ll design, prototype, and scale AI-powered commercial workflows that outperform human benchmarks - automating critical sales and operations motions across multiple channels. The goal: prove clear business impact (e.g., higher conversion, lower CAC, faster cycles) and turn the system into a revenue-generating product.

Responsibilities

Example for the first project - but not limited to:

• Architect and ship the MVPs for AI-driven communication and automation tools across multiple channels.
• Design flows, scripts, and analytics instrumentation to measure performance, latency, and ROI.
• Use modern low-code/no-code and AI toolchains (e.g., Replit, Retell, Make/Zapier, etc.).
• Run a daily experiment loop: analyze failures, deploy fixes, and iterate toward KPIs.
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking funnel metrics, quality, and impact.
• Partner with Sales/Ops for lists, scripts, objections, and follow-ups; manage vendors where needed.

Your profile

Must-haves

• Builder DNA: ships scrappy v1s in days; extreme ownership; bias to action, relentless hunger to move things
• Scientific operator: experiment design, metric discipline, comfort with messy data.
• Hands-on technical bar (non-negotiable)
• Experience: 2–5 years in high-ownership roles (startup product/ops/growth, venture building). Preferred 1–2 years at Consulting or equivalent high-performance environment
• Location: Dubai (or willing to relocate)
• Start date: November 2025
