Fresco is helping Division 8 suppliers and distributors make more money by eliminating the biggest bottleneck keeping them from bidding on more work: the manual, cumbersome takeoff process. We're moving fast, growing faster, and building something legitimately 10x better than the state of the art.
About the Role
We're hiring a sharp, execution-focused Account Executive to own the demo-to-close motion at Fresco. You'll be fed qualified meetings by our SDR team and be responsible for running discovery, delivering compelling demos, and driving deals to close — all while helping us refine the playbook as we scale. This is a high-ownership IC role: you'll work directly with the founders and close deals that meaningfully move the business.
What You'll Do
- Run high-quality discovery calls and product demos with warm, SDR-sourced leads
- Manage a pipeline of active opportunities from first demo through signed contract
- Own proposals, pilots, and contract negotiations
- Partner with Customer Success on handoffs to ensure smooth onboarding and early retention
- Help refine demo scripts, objection handling, and sales collateral with the founding team
- Represent Fresco at trade shows and industry events (DHI, Procore Groundbreak, etc.)
- Feed market and prospect feedback back into product and positioning
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of closing mid-market or enterprise deals
- Exceptional at running demos and discovery — you know how to connect product value to a specific workflow problem
- Strong closer: you manage a pipeline with rigor, follow through consistently, and don't let deals go cold
- Clear, direct communicator — equally comfortable with an estimator on the shop floor as with a VP of Operations
- Thrives in early-stage environments — you create structure where there isn't any and own your outcomes
- Bonus: Experience in construction tech, AEC software, or selling to trade contractors and distributors
