This role is ideal for a mature creative who can confidently bring forward inspiring ideas, leans into nature and warmth, and carries a level of sensibility and style that sits comfortably alongside the biggest visionaries in real estate.

 

This is not about maintaining what exists. It is about bringing Flow forward with alignment and purpose. 

Interior design at Flow is not a support function. It is a leading element of the brand. The right person in this role will help shape how our communities feel from the inside out — across geographies, across property types, across the moments that matter most in a person’s day.
