We’re looking for a Growth Engineer Intern to help us bring Flick to filmmakers, creators, and the next generation of storytellers.

What you’ll do

• Build and improve Flick’s core organic growth systems
• Own experiments across SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and programmatic content
• Identify growth opportunities through data, user behavior, and rapid experimentation
• Work across product and engineering to turn successful experiments into repeatable growth loops
• Explore new ways for Flick to grow within filmmaker, AI creator, and global communities

Who you are

• You have solid engineering fundamentals and can build and ship independently
• You’re highly detail-oriented and care about the quality and accuracy of your work
• You learn quickly and can get up to speed on unfamiliar systems and problems
• You have a practical understanding of SEO, GEO, and organic growth, ideally with hands-on experience
• You’re analytical and resourceful. You can identify opportunities, run experiments, and learn from results
