The Role
You’ll own the interview coordination process and candidate experience from the first phone call through the final onsite, ensuring every applicant moves through our talent pipeline smoothly and professionally.
In a fast-moving hiring environment, you’ll rely on your organizational skills, knowledge of team priorities, and relationships across the business to manage complex schedules and unscripted demands with a calm, collected demeanor.
This is a full-time, non-exempt, fixed-term position (expected length of 6 months) based in our Oakland, CA office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home on Tu/Fr. Note: the expected start time for this role is between 7-8 AM PT to help support our EST-based offices and interviewing needs.
What you'll do...
- Schedule panel and onsite interviews across our offices based on well-defined interview plans.
- Become a power user in our scheduling tool (ModernLoop) and applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) to accurately turn around scheduling requests in a timely manner.
- Partner directly with our recruiters and hiring managers across the business to ensure candidates move through our recruiting process in a delightful and efficient manner.
- Use documented interview plans to schedule candidates for their next touchpoints in our hiring process.
- Welcome candidates onsite and give them tours of our Oakland HQ, providing an exceptional candidate experience, representing Everlaw’s values and culture.
About you
- You have 6+ months of experience in recruiting or recruiting coordination, supporting high-volume hiring or complex recruiting processes across different departments.
- You have hands-on experience with the ModernLoop scheduling platform and Greenhouse applicant tracking system (ATS)
- You communicate clearly, quickly, and professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
- You are highly organized and thrive on managing multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities simultaneously.
- You have experience using Google Suite and intermediate knowledge of how to maintain and utilize basic spreadsheet functionality.
- You are authorized to work in the United States. Please note that at this time, Everlaw is not sponsoring U.S. employment visas for this role.

- The expected hourly range for this role is $38.47 - $48.56, actual salary will be determined based on factors including the candidate's experience and skills. This role is eligible for the benefits below.
