What you need

  • Strong programming, depth in ML, scientific computing, or systems engineering
  • Solve unfamiliar problems from fundamentals without detailed specifications
  • Experience with physical systems, time-series modeling, or controls
  • Proven technically difficult project with clear personal contributions
  • Open to new grads; no formal degree requirement

  • Model electrical, thermal, energy systems from sparse noisy data
  • Build agents planning/executing tasks within equipment safety limits
  • Integrate models with facility systems, validate against real conditions
  • Lead initial data-center deployments of developed systems

The work

  • Model electrical, thermal, and energy systems using sparse, noisy data.
  • Build agents that plan and execute tasks within equipment and safety limits.
  • Connect models to facility systems. Test their decisions against real operating conditions. You’ll be helping lead directly on our first data-centers deployments.

You

You’re a strong programmer with depth in machine learning, scientific computing, or systems engineering. You can take an unfamiliar problem, understand the fundamentals, and build a solution without a detailed spec.

Experience with physical systems, time-series modeling, or controls is useful. We care more about the quality of your work than the length of your résumé.

Send us something technically difficult you’ve built or researched. Tell us what you contributed and what you learned.

About Edviro

Edviro helps facilities managers at large buildings save on their energy bills. Facilities managers are overwhelmed with dashboards, alarms, and analytics for hundreds of boilers, HVAC units, and heat pumps across their buildings. Edviro continuously monitors and optimizes buildings using energy world models to detect anomalies, simulate interventions, and suggest the best options to the facilities manager. Once the changes occur, we create a comprehensive M&V report to ensure savings show up on the bill. Our tools also allow institutions to maintain detailed service history & equipment logs, and perform maintenance with AR.
