Interview Process
Zoom Call 1 (~30 minutes): Semi-Technical Interview with Nathan (CTO)
Review of your technical background, coding experience, and problem-solving approach
Zoom Call 2 (~30 minutes): Cultural Interview with Daniel (CEO)
Assessment of alignment with our company culture by deep dive into your career motivations, values, and long-term goals
1 Week Paid Trial
You work on real projects with our team, in person (we will fly you out if needed)
