At Domu.ai, we're building the agentic infrastructure for the future of the world's largest financial institutions. AI agents that handle millions of live interactions every day for Fortune 500 banks and insurers, end-to-end. Interactions are 3x-ing monthly. We're hitting problems most startups never encounter: real-time voice AI at scale, legacy banking infrastructure, enterprise telephony, and building regulatory frameworks in the US and Brazil.
The role
You will be an essential member of our operations team, focused on turning millions of call data points into decisions that move revenue for the largest banks in Brazil. You'll sit at the intersection of our clients, our engineers, and the data, and your analysis will directly shape how our agents perform.
We're looking for someone highly analytical and deeply business oriented. Experience in financial services or fintech startups is highly important, and a real understanding of the Brazilian banking and collections (cobrança) system is what will make you dangerous in this role. An engineering background is a big plus and will be very relevant for how you work with the team.

- Own the Numbers: You are the crucial link between raw call data and client outcomes. Your mission is simple: understand recovery rates, containment, and conversion better than anyone, and turn that understanding into recommendations our clients act on.
