Job Description
About Dialpad
Dialpad is the AI platform for customer experience, built to resolve customer problems in real time across voice and digital. Our AI agents learn from your best human agents and improve with every interaction, helping organizations understand their customers, deliver better experiences, increase operational efficiencies, and build a lasting competitive advantage.
Unlike legacy systems built to route and answer, or standalone agentic bot vendors built to deflect, Dialpad was built to resolve. Our AI agents and human agents operate on a single platform with shared context, allowing Agentic AI to resolve issues, advance deals, and eliminate busywork through automation while seamlessly handing conversations to humans when needed, with full context preserved.
Market-leading brands, including Randstad, Motorola Solutions, Netflix, the San Diego Padres, the Colorado Rockies Baseball Club, and Cal Athletics, trust Dialpad. Dialpad is backed by Andreessen Horowitz, GV, ICONIQ Capital, and T-Mobile.
Being a Dialer
At Dialpad, AI isn’t just a feature; it’s how our teams do their best work every day. We put powerful AI tools in every employee’s hands so they can move faster, think bigger, and achieve more.
We believe every conversation matters. And we’ve built the platform that turns those conversations into insight and action, for our customers and ourselves.
We look for people who are intensely curious and hold themselves to a high bar. Our ambition is significant, and achieving it requires a team that operates at the highest level. We seek individuals who embody our core traits: Scrappy, Curious, Optimistic, Persistent, and Empathetic.
Your role
We are seeking a Field Marketing & Events Specialist to support the planning, execution, and measurement of webinars, account-based marketing initiatives, field programs, and in-person events.
This execution-focused role will primarily support webinar and ABM program delivery in partnership with the Field Programs & ABM Manager, while also providing coordination and administrative support to the broader regional marketing team. The position will report to the Head of Global Marketing Events and contribute to events and broader marketing initiatives as priorities require.
You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales—including Account Executives and SDRs—and other cross-functional partners to create well-coordinated, engaging programs that help generate pipeline, deepen customer relationships, support account priorities, and advance go-to-market goals.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
- Support the planning and execution of webinars, digital panels, workshops, and other online experiences.
- Manage webinar logistics, including timelines, registration, speaker coordination, audience communications, platform setup, run-of-show documentation, and post-event follow-up.
- Support ABM program execution through account-list coordination, campaign logistics, meeting preparation, outreach support, attendee and account follow-up, and program documentation.
- Partner with the Field Programs & ABM Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate activities against account priorities and pipeline goals.
- Support regional and corporate field marketing programs and in-person events.
- Provide pre-event and onsite support, including venue coordination, registration, attendee experience, materials, SWAG, catering, vendors, and day-of logistics as needed.
- Support event planning, marketing tracking, timelines, communications, promotional assets, attendee follow-up, and post-event wrap-up.
- Coordinate with Account Executives and SDRs to support event outreach, attendance, follow-up, and sales alignment.
- Maintain event calendars, project plans, budgets, status trackers, vendor communications, purchase-order and invoice documentation, and program files.
- Support scheduling, meeting preparation, notes, action-item tracking, team communications, and other administrative activities that improve marketing execution.
- Provide project coordination and executional support for broader marketing initiatives and team priorities as needed.
- Help organize shared resources, templates, processes, and documentation to improve the internal stakeholder experience.
- Track event and program performance, attendance, engagement, account activity, and follow-up actions; support reporting on program results.
- Maintain accurate program and attendee information across relevant marketing and CRM systems.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the attendee and internal stakeholder experience.
Skills you’ll bring
- 2+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, ABM, webinar production, program coordination, marketing operations, sales, or a related role.
- Experience supporting webinars, virtual events, field marketing programs, or in-person events.
- Exposure to account-based marketing concepts and sales-aligned marketing execution.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong administrative and coordination skills, including the ability to maintain trackers, documentation, calendars, and budgets.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external vendors.
- Willingness to support onsite events and travel as needed.
