Growth Intern — Run Autonomous Businesses

Deep24 is building an autonomous company studio: a portfolio of AI-powered products and businesses designed to launch, learn, and grow with tiny teams. We are looking for a Growth Intern who wants to sit in the operator's seat and help turn that vision into a real distribution machine.

This is not a “schedule three posts and make a report” internship. You will help run the growth layer across multiple autonomous businesses—owning social channels, paid acquisition experiments, creative systems, and the automations that let a small team move like a much larger one.

What you’ll do

• Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and Reddit, choosing the right channels for each product.

• Help operate paid ad accounts across Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, and other networks, with clear budgets, approval gates, and measurement.

• Build AI-assisted workflows that turn product updates, customer insights, and raw footage into scripts, posts, videos, ads, and landing-page ideas.

• Create a repeatable content engine: calendars, templates, prompt libraries, scheduling, repurposing, approvals, analytics, and feedback loops.

• Launch rapid experiments across hooks, formats, audiences, creatives, and offers—then use data to decide what scales.

• Track the numbers that matter: reach, engagement, CTR, conversion, CAC, retention, and revenue.

• Work directly with the founder and product agents to shape launches and the voice of each business.

Who you are

• High-agency and internet-native. You notice why a post works, why an ad converts, and why most brand content gets ignored.

• Excited by AI tools and automation. You already use them, or you learn new systems unusually fast.

• A strong writer with visual taste who can ship without waiting for a perfect brief.

• Comfortable combining creative instincts with spreadsheets, dashboards, and experiments.

• Responsible with brand accounts, customer data, advertising policies, budgets, and security.

• Student, recent graduate, self-taught operator, or unconventional candidate—we care far more about evidence of initiative than pedigree.
