Job Description
About the Role:
Cyble is transforming its customer-facing delivery model. We are unifying our Delivery functions into a single, flat Forward-Deployed Engineer (FDE) role. Every FDE is customer-facing, technically strong, and embedded within one of seven regional pods.
As an FDE you will own the end-to-end customer relationship within your pod — from onboarding and threat intelligence delivery through to QBRs, renewals, and expansion. You will work alongside an agent AI stack that handles routine workflows (health scoring, QBR drafting, threat briefs, alert triage), freeing you to focus on strategic, high-impact customer engagement.
This is not a back-office or behind-the-scenes position. You will be the named point of contact for your assigned accounts and will represent Cyble's technical depth directly to customer security teams and executive stakeholders.
What You’ll Do At Cyble:
- Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts within your regional pod, serving as the single named point of contact
- Conduct executive-level QBRs, onboarding sessions, and strategic reviews for Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers
- Deliver actionable cyber threat intelligence tailored to each customer's industry, geography, and asset profile
- Monitor customer health metrics, proactively identify churn risk, and execute retention and expansion playbooks
- Collaborate with the AI Agent stack — review AI-generated QBR decks, threat briefs, health reports, and customer comms before delivery
- Drive product adoption, configuration, and optimization across the Cyble platform (Vision, Hawk, Odin, and complementary modules)
- Coordinate takedown workflows for brand-protection and phishing incidents, working with internal automation pipelines
- Partner with Sales on renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities surfaced by AI-driven signals
- Contribute to internal playbooks, runbooks, and knowledge bases that power the FDE function and AI Agents
- Participate in pod-level planning, P&L reviews, and continuous improvement of the delivery model
What You’ll Need:
- 5–7 years of experience in customer success, threat intelligence, security operations, or technical account management within a cybersecurity or SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of the cyber threat landscape — threat actors, TTPs, dark web monitoring, brand protection, attack surface management, and vulnerability intelligence
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow enterprise customer relationships, including C-level and CISO-level engagement
- Comfort working with AI-augmented workflows — you will use and oversee AI Agents daily; an aptitude for prompt engineering and AI tool adoption is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical findings into business-relevant insights
- Experience delivering QBRs, executive briefings, and strategic roadmaps to enterprise customers
- Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR integrations, detection engineering (Sigma, YARA), or scripting (Python, PowerShell) is a strong advantage but not mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in a Forward-Deployed, Solutions Engineering, or Customer Engineering role at a high-growth cybersecurity or SaaS company
- Familiarity with Cyble's product suite or comparable CTI/DRP platforms (Recorded Future, Flashpoint, ZeroFox, Digital Shadows)
- Regional market expertise in one or more of: SAARC, ASEAN, META, ANZ, US, EU — including regulatory landscape and threat actor activity specific to the region
- Track record of reducing churn and driving net revenue retention in a portfolio of 20+ enterprise accounts
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, OSCP, GCTI, or CEH
Personality & Cultural Fit:
- Problem-solver – naturally curious, customer-obsessed, and solution-oriented.
- Growth mindset – driven by measurable impact, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Collaborative communicator – thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional setup.
What We Offer?
- A career path with clear progression — FDE → Senior FDE → Principal FDE — within a flat, high-autonomy structure
- Direct customer impact from day one: no back-office hand-offs, no siloed roles
- Access to a cutting-edge agent AI stack that eliminates busywork and lets you focus on strategic, high-value engagement
- A seat in a regional pod with P&L visibility and real ownership over outcomes
- The opportunity to shape how a fast-growing cybersecurity company delivers at scale and growing
If you like working in an inclusive environment, you want to advance your career quickly, and your opinion is valued, look no further than Cyble, Inc. We are young, hungry, and ready to impact the cyber security landscape!
