About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help build a new product line from the ground up.

You’ll work closely with the product line’s leadership and operating team to build the software, systems, and infrastructure needed to launch and scale the business. This is a highly hands-on role where you’ll have significant ownership over what gets built and how it works.

You won’t be working from a fixed backlog. You’ll spend time understanding the business and its users, identifying opportunities for automation and improvement, and then building the technology to make those ideas real.

The role will involve travel to work directly with the teams and operations building the product line.

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship full-stack applications that support the new product line.
• Develop customer-facing products and internal tools.
• Work across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and infrastructure.
• Translate business and operational problems into technical solutions.
• Work directly with users and operators to understand their workflows and pain points.
• Automate manual processes and build systems that allow the business to scale.
• Design and implement integrations with third-party systems and APIs.
• Own projects from initial concept and architecture through deployment and iteration.
• Develop reliable, maintainable, and scalable software.
• Debug, improve, and extend existing systems as the product evolves.
• Work closely with product and operations to rapidly test and iterate on new ideas.
• Travel to Corgi offices and operating locations as needed to work directly with the team and users.

• No professional experience required if you can demonstrate your skills another way.
• Strong experience building full-stack applications.
• Fluency in modern frontend and backend development.
• Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and software architecture.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, production-quality code.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
• Ability to take ownership of projects from beginning to end.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
