Account Manager

Compensation
$70,000–$85,000/year

Job Description

At Corgi, we’re building the first fully automated insurance carrier.

Our goal is to rebuild the $1T+ insurance industry from the ground up using AI and software, not by adding more people and manual processes.

Beagle is Corgi’s renters insurance platform for property management companies. We automate renter benefits and insurance end-to-end — enrollment, billing, compliance, and claims — so property managers can run programs at scale without adding headcount.

We’re scaling our Dallas office, and we’re looking for Account Managers who want to own client growth, not just “manage accounts.” If you’re competitive, operationally sharp, and like being close to revenue, you’ll like this role.

You’ll be the connective tissue between clients and our operations team, making sure every rollout is tight, every property manager is trained, and every account grows over time.

What you’ll do

  • Own client rollouts from signed deal to fully live across their portfolio
  • Align on charge dates, program selection, and coverage options for each client
  • Add and maintain charges across different property management systems (PMS)
  • Make sure clients know about additional Beagle products they haven’t adopted yet
  • Build deep relationships with property managers and onsite teams
  • Use tenant feedback and performance data to find upsell opportunities
  • Position Beagle as part of the client’s core operating stack and resident experience
  • Draft and send compliance notices through client-preferred systems, and tune timing and content to match property policies
  • Track enrollment, compliance, and usage, and step in early when accounts stagnate or slip
  • Work with Product and leadership to refine rollout playbooks and upsell strategies
  • Train client teams on Beagle workflows, GL codes, compliance notices, and waiver options to reduce support volume

What we’re looking for

  • 1–6 years in account management, customer success, or B2B sales (SaaS, proptech, or insurance is a plus)
  • Strong mix of relationship-building and operational follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with multiple stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable in a 6-day, in-person startup environment
  • Wants to grow quickly into senior roles based on performance, not tenure

Comp and path

  • Base salary: $70,000–$85,000 (depending on experience)
  • OTE: ~ $120,000 at 100% quota attainment
  • 40–45% of total comp tied to upsells, retention, and rollout performance
  • Accelerators kick in at 120%+ of quota, with uncapped upside
  • Clear path to Senior Account Manager, Strategic Accounts, or leadership based on performance
  • This role does not include equity; it’s designed for high cash upside and fast advancement

Why this role

  • Ground-floor impact on how Beagle rolls out across Dallas
  • Direct, measurable impact on revenue, retention, and product adoption
  • Work closely with top operators from leading startups
  • In-person only, full-time, no remote

If you want to build a real career in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment — and you like being directly responsible for revenue and growth — you’ll be at home here.
