Account Executive — Founding Sales
At cifrato.ai we are automating the finops of the world's businesses with AI. We automate accounting, tax and financial workflows using agents for over +3,500 businesses in LATAM. We 2-3x workflow executions every month. Solving problems most startups never touch: real-time integration with governments tax institutions' e-invoicing clearance system, a fragmented landscape of legacy and cloud ERPs, and the structured-data backbone for accounting and finance across every LATAM tax regime.
The role
You will own the full sales cycle, end to end. Take demos from inbound and outbound, run your own outbound to source deals, close them, and take care of the customer after they sign. This is founding sales: you are not inheriting a machine, you are making it better every day.
Like every AE here, you don't just execute the funnel, you iterate it. You will test what works, kill what doesn't, and work directly with the product team to surface what customers need and sell more of it. The best signal from this role is a funnel that converts better because of you.
We expect you to grow but not to learn how to sell. If you are fine dealing with an ambiguous environment, being a reliable team player, and executing at high quality and speed, you will be a great fit. Learning and experimenting every day is not optional.
