Responsibilities

As an SDR at BlueCargo, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers and a key driver of pipeline generation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting and qualifying inbound and outbound leads across target shipper and logistics accounts.
  • Running outbound sequences (email, call, LinkedIn) to generate net-new meetings for Account Executives.
  • Partnering with Sales and Marketing to refine target account lists and messaging based on what's converting.
  • Logging activity and maintaining data hygiene in HubSpot to support accurate pipeline reporting.
  • Hitting weekly/monthly meeting and pipeline targets.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of SDR or sales development experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize a high-volume pipeline, and hit activity/meeting targets.
  • Comfort with cold outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn) and objection handling.
  • Experience with tools like ZoomInfo, Dripify, Claude, or other outbound automation tools.
  • Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
  • Interest or experience in logistics and/or supply chain management a plus.
  • Startup experience a plus.

Pay: Base pay for this role is $55-80k, with variable compensation
