Founding Creator / Head of Production

We’re looking for a Founding Creator to join Bloom’s growth team and drive our brand and virality. This is a chance to shape culture and help build the company that will change how the world develops software.

• Deeply creative + experimental — across formats: filmography, editing, hooks, campaigns, storytelling, and growth hacks.
• You leverage AI daily and stay plugged into AI + culture.
• Speed & high agency: you move from idea to publish in hours, you iterate quickly on what works.
• Ambitious, high work-ethic, data-driven: you care about impact as much as craft.

• You’ve pulled off shots/edits like these before:
  • Launch videos
  • Promo videos
  • Motion graphics
• You’ve hands-on built a community: 30k+ followers on TikTok, IG, Youtube, LinkedIn or X.
• You’ve worked with a startup before, or built and monetized your own brand.
• You’ve hacked the growth loops behind viral content, UGC, and affiliate/creator programs.
• You’ve already created something with Bloom 😉

• How do we scale a viral engine (short & long-form) that produces consistently breakthrough content?
